Shipping policy
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do! Shipping is available to the UK and several other countries, however I am unfortunately unable to ship to countries in the EU.
Please provide us with your telephone number at check out for customs and delivery. Customs fees may apply to a shipment depending on its destination. This is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs.
EU customers: Unfortunately I am no longer able to ship to the EU due to the new GPSR regulations.
Where do you ship from?
Everything is packed and shipped from my home office in the UK.
What company do you use to ship?
I use Royal mail to ship most of the parcels, but other carries may be used.
When will you dispatch my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Do you offer tracking?
The tracking option should be available on all international orders. You will have the option to chose this according to your preferences. You will be sent a tracking number and it will be your responsibility to track this before it is delivered.
